Company Finance Contacts Tab
The Contacts tab in Company Finance lists all contacts associated with the selected company. From here you can search, add, and manage contacts without leaving the finance record.
Search contacts
The list defaults to showing active contacts only. Use any visible column as a filter field, and use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard character.
To show inactive contacts, customize the list view by adjusting the column filters.
Add a contact
Select New in the toolbar. The company information pre-populates from the current finance record, so you don’t need to re-enter it.
Actions menu
Select Actions in the list view toolbar to access bulk operations for any selected contacts:
- Send to Communications Manager — sends the selected contacts to Marketing Manager.
- Set Customer Portal Options — opens a flyout with the following settings:
- Security Level — sets the Customer Portal security level for the selected contacts.
- Send Password Setup Email — sends a portal setup email to the selected contacts.
- Inactivate Login — disables portal login for the selected contacts.
- Update Site — updates the site address for any selected contact.
- Delete Contact — permanently deletes the selected contacts.
- Deactivate Contact — deactivates the selected contacts without deleting them.
