Company Finance Expenses Tab
The Expenses tab in Company Finance lists all expense entries associated with the selected company. Use the available filters to search and narrow the list.
Column descriptions
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Member | The member who created the expense entry. Select the member’s name to open the expense entry detail. |
| Date | The date the expense entry was created. |
| Expense Amount | The amount entered on the expense entry. |
| Total Amount | The total amount of the expense entry. |
| Invoice Amount | The invoiced amount pulled from the expense entry. |
| Billable | The billable type: B (Billable), NB (Do Not Bill), or NC (No Charge). |
| Reason | The reason for the expense, pulled from the Notes field on the expense entry. |
| Location | The location of the service or project board the expense entry is tied to. |
| Department | The department of the service or project board the expense entry is tied to. |
| Status | The current status of the expense entry (e.g., Submitted, Approved). |
| Expense Type | The expense type selected on the expense entry. |
| Compliant | Whether the expense meets the Expense Max Amount threshold configured on the Expense Type setup table. Entries that exceed the limit are flagged as non-compliant. |
| Has Attachment(s) | A checkmark if one or more attachments are associated with the expense entry. |
