Company Finance Invoices Tab

A reference for every column on the Company Finance Invoices tab in ConnectWise Manage, including bulk actions and payment status shortcuts.

Company Finance Invoices Tab

The Invoices tab on a company’s Finance record lists every invoice associated with that company. Select an invoice number to open it.

Use the filter bar at the top of the list to search by any column. Columns marked as hidden can be made visible through Customize.

Bulk actions

Select one or more invoices, then open the Actions menu to apply changes in bulk:

Column reference

ColumnDescription
InvoiceInvoice number. Select to open the invoice.
Ticket #Ticket number linked to the invoice. Populated only when the ticket is set to bill separately.
Invoice TotalTotal amount of the invoice.
DateInvoice date. Defaults to today and is used to calculate the due date.
Due DateCalculated due date based on the invoice date and payment terms.
StatusCurrent billing status of the invoice.
Invoice TypeType of invoice (e.g., Standard, Agreement, Misc).
Open/ClosedWhether the invoice is open or closed.
Invoice BalanceRemaining unpaid balance.
Invoice ReferenceReference field from the invoice.
Paid AmountAmount paid to date. Right-click a value in this column to mark the invoice as Paid In Full, Partial Paid, or Not Paid. This shortcut does not work for Credit Memos.
Date PaidDate the invoice was partially or fully paid.
Down Payment AppliedDown payment amount applied to this invoice.
Credit AmountTotal credit memo amounts applied to this invoice.
Bill ToCompany the invoice was billed to.
Company NameCompany name as it appears on the invoice.
Company IDConnectWise ID of the associated company.
SiteSite associated with the invoice.
Project / PhaseProject or phase linked to the invoice.
Sales Order #Sales order number associated with the invoice.
Agreement TypeAgreement linked to the invoice.
Customer POCustomer purchase order number.
Invoice DeliveryDelivery method for the invoice. Previously called Billing Delivery.
TerritoryTerritory set on the invoice.
LocationLocation set on the invoice.
DepartmentGroup, department, or business unit associated with the invoice.
Routed ToMember the invoice is currently routed to for approval.
GLY if the invoice has been batched to the accounting interface; N if not.
GL BatchGL batch number, if the invoice has been batched.
Internal NotesInternal notes entered on the invoice (not visible to the customer).
Tax CodeTax code applied to the invoice.
Sales TaxSales tax amount on the invoice.
Service TotalTotal for time/service line items.
Expense TotalTotal for expense line items.
Product TotalTotal for product line items.
Has TimeIndicates whether the invoice includes time entries.
Has Expense(s)Indicates whether the invoice includes expenses.
Has Product(s)Indicates whether the invoice includes products.
Billing Type IDInternal billing type identifier.
Account IDAccounting account ID associated with the invoice.
