Company Finance Service Tab
The Service tab in Company Finance lists all service tickets associated with the selected company. Go to Finance > Company Finance, then select the Service tab.
View and open tickets
- Select the Ticket # link or the Summary Description link to open a ticket and view its details.
- Use the search bar to filter across both open and closed tickets.
Edit tickets inline
Right-select any ticket row to change the following fields directly in the list:
- ! (Priority)
- Status
- Resources
View scheduled resources
In the Schedule column, select the resource icon to see which resources or teams are assigned to a ticket.
Create a new ticket
Select New on the toolbar. The new ticket automatically defaults to the selected company — you don’t need to re-enter company information.
