Company Finance Sites Tab

The Sites tab lists all addresses associated with a company. Use it to add secondary locations, assign a tax code per site, and designate which address serves each billing or shipping role.

What you can do here

• Add multiple addresses (sites) to a single company record
• Assign a Tax Code to each site individually
• Enter a mileage reimbursement amount for travel to that site
• Mark one site each as the Primary, Default Shipping, Default Billing, and Default Mail address

Note: Only one site can hold each default designation at a time. Assigning a designation to a new site removes it from the previous one automatically.
