ConnectWise Report Viewer
Select any report from the Report List to open it in the Report Viewer. From here you can filter, export, print, email, and jump into the Report Designer to make edits.
Toolbar actions
The toolbar runs across the top of the Report Viewer. Each button acts on the report currently open.
- Save — saves changes you’ve made to the report. Select the arrow next to Save to save a copy under a different name.
- Print — prints the report. Select the arrow to choose a different output format before printing.
- Export — exports the report. Select the arrow to choose a different file format.
- Email — emails a link to the report.
- Results — select the down arrow to set how many results appear on the report.
- Edit — opens the report in the Report Designer so you can modify its structure.
Filters and Fields panel
The Filters and Fields tabs appear on the right side of the Report Viewer.
Filters — select the plus icon, then choose what to filter by from the dropdown. You can add multiple filters.
Fields — select a field in the right pane, then use the left arrow to include it in the report. To remove a field, select it in the report and use the right arrow to exclude it.
