Agreement Activities Tab
The Activities tab on an agreement lists every activity associated with that agreement. Use the toolbar to create new activities, view reports, and perform bulk actions.
Toolbar actions
| Action | What it does |

| New Item | Creates a new activity pre-linked to this agreement. |
| View Report | Opens a print dialog for a detailed or summary report of the activities list. |
| View My Calendar | Opens your My Calendar in a new window. |
| Display Activity Expanded View | Expands each row to show the full activity description. |
| Actions | Bulk-action menu for selected activities (see below). |
Bulk actions
Select one or more activities, then open the Actions menu to choose from:
- Change Status — Update the status across all selected activities at once.
- Change Type — Reassign the activity type in bulk.
- Delete Activity — Permanently remove the selected activities.
- Send to Communications Manager — Pushes the contacts on the selected activities into the Communications Manager screen.
- Move to Today — Reschedules selected activities to today’s date.
- Sync Activities from Exchange — Syncs your Exchange calendar with ConnectWise.
Inline editing
Right-select any item in the Status, Activity, or Due Date columns to edit it directly without opening the full activity record. Select a new value from the dropdown, or type to search.
Opening linked records
- Subject — Select the subject link to open the full activity detail.
- Contact — Select the contact name to open the Contact screen.
- Opportunity — Select the opportunity summary to open the associated opportunity.
Note: If a track is applied to an activity, the Subject column displays the track name before the activity name: Track Name / Activity Name.
