Agreement Activities Tab

The Activities tab on a ConnectWise Manage agreement lists all associated activities. Learn how to create, filter, edit, and bulk-manage them.

Agreement Activities Tab

The Activities tab on an agreement lists every activity associated with that agreement. Use the toolbar to create new activities, view reports, and perform bulk actions.

Toolbar actions

ActionWhat it does
New ItemCreates a new activity pre-linked to this agreement.
View ReportOpens a print dialog for a detailed or summary report of the activities list.
View My CalendarOpens your My Calendar in a new window.
Display Activity Expanded ViewExpands each row to show the full activity description.
ActionsBulk-action menu for selected activities (see below).

Bulk actions

Select one or more activities, then open the Actions menu to choose from:

Inline editing

Right-select any item in the Status, Activity, or Due Date columns to edit it directly without opening the full activity record. Select a new value from the dropdown, or type to search.

Opening linked records

Note: If a track is applied to an activity, the Subject column displays the track name before the activity name: Track Name / Activity Name.
