Product classes
The Product Class field controls purchasing behavior and availability.
- Agreement — Tied to an agreement; not available for purchasing.
- Bundle — Groups products together. Selecting this class shows an Edit Bundle link. Bundles cannot be added as agreement additions.
- Inventory — Stock is tracked in the audit trail, including ordering, receiving, and shipping. Can be serialized or cost-by-serial. Cannot be deleted if audit trail records exist.
- Non-Inventory — Not kept in stock. Ordering and receiving are not tracked in the audit trail.
