Agreement Search: Agreements Tab

Search, filter, and take bulk action on ConnectWise Manage agreements from the Agreements tab in Finance.

Agreement Search: Agreements Tab

Go to Finance > Agreements to reach the agreement search screen. Use the toolbar to run searches and take bulk actions, then use the column filters to narrow results.

NewCreates a new agreement.
View ReportPrints the agreement list report.
ActionsBulk operations on selected agreements (see below).
SearchRuns the search using the current filter criteria.

Column descriptions

Each column in the search results can also act as a filter. Columns with a drop-down let you filter the list before running a search.

ColumnDescription
Agreement TypeThe agreement type. Use the drop-down to filter by type.
Agreement NameThe agreement name.
Company NameThe company associated with the agreement.
ContactThe contact for the agreement.
AmountSum of the Billing Amount and Additions on the agreement. Does not include billing amounts from child agreements.
Billing CycleThe billing cycle set in the Recurring Invoice Parameters pod.
Date StartThe agreement start date. Use the drop-down to filter by start date.
Date EndThe agreement end date.
StatusCurrent agreement status. Use the drop-down to filter by status.
LocationThe site for the agreement. Use the drop-down to filter by location.
DepartmentThe department for the agreement. Use the drop-down to filter by department.
SubcontractorThe subcontracting company, if applicable.
TerritoryThe territory of the agreement. Use the drop-down to filter by territory.
LevelWhether the agreement is a Parent or Child, and how many child agreements are attached to a parent. Use the drop-down to filter by level.
ProrateA checkmark indicates the agreement has been prorated.
Company TypeThe company categorization. Use the drop-down to filter by company type.
Next Invoice DateThe date the next invoice is scheduled to send to the client.

Note: Agreements with a future Date Start show as Inactive. If you’re looking for an agreement that hasn’t started yet, change the Status filter to All — the default filter only shows active agreements.

Tip: If you can’t find an agreement, scroll right to the Level column. Set Level to the appropriate level and Status to All, then search again.

Send agreement contacts to Communications Manager

  1. Go to Finance > Agreements.
  2. Use the Agreement Type drop-down to filter to the agreements you want.
  3. Select Search.
  4. Select the agreements you want to contact. To select all, use the checkbox in the top-left corner of the list.
  5. From the Actions drop-down, select Open Communications Manager.
  6. In Communications Manager, select Compose Email to draft and send your message.
