Agreement Search: Agreements Tab
Go to Finance > Agreements to reach the agreement search screen. Use the toolbar to run searches and take bulk actions, then use the column filters to narrow results.
Toolbar
| Control | What it does |

| New | Creates a new agreement. |
| View Report | Prints the agreement list report. |
| Actions | Bulk operations on selected agreements (see below). |
| Search | Runs the search using the current filter criteria. |
| Clear | Resets all filters. |
Actions menu options
- Add Prorate — Prorates the selected agreements.
- Open Communications Manager — Sends the contacts on the selected agreements to the Communications Manager so you can email them.
- Update Billing Information — Updates billing information across selected agreements.
- Update Shipping Information — Updates shipping information across selected agreements.
- Update Tax Code — Updates the tax code across selected agreements.
- Update Custom Field — Updates a custom field across selected agreements.
Column descriptions
Each column in the search results can also act as a filter. Columns with a drop-down let you filter the list before running a search.

| Agreement Type | The agreement type. Use the drop-down to filter by type. |
| Agreement Name | The agreement name. |
| Company Name | The company associated with the agreement. |
| Contact | The contact for the agreement. |
| Amount | Sum of the Billing Amount and Additions on the agreement. Does not include billing amounts from child agreements. |
| Billing Cycle | The billing cycle set in the Recurring Invoice Parameters pod. |
| Date Start | The agreement start date. Use the drop-down to filter by start date. |
| Date End | The agreement end date. |
| Status | Current agreement status. Use the drop-down to filter by status. |
| Location | The site for the agreement. Use the drop-down to filter by location. |
| Department | The department for the agreement. Use the drop-down to filter by department. |
| Subcontractor | The subcontracting company, if applicable. |
| Territory | The territory of the agreement. Use the drop-down to filter by territory. |
| Level | Whether the agreement is a Parent or Child, and how many child agreements are attached to a parent. Use the drop-down to filter by level. |
| Prorate | A checkmark indicates the agreement has been prorated. |
| Company Type | The company categorization. Use the drop-down to filter by company type. |
| Next Invoice Date | The date the next invoice is scheduled to send to the client. |
Note: Agreements with a future Date Start show as Inactive. If you’re looking for an agreement that hasn’t started yet, change the Status filter to All — the default filter only shows active agreements.
Tip: If you can’t find an agreement, scroll right to the Level column. Set Level to the appropriate level and Status to All, then search again.
Send agreement contacts to Communications Manager
- Go to Finance > Agreements.
- Use the Agreement Type drop-down to filter to the agreements you want.
- Select Search.
- Select the agreements you want to contact. To select all, use the checkbox in the top-left corner of the list.
- From the Actions drop-down, select Open Communications Manager.
- In Communications Manager, select Compose Email to draft and send your message.
