Agreement Search in ConnectWise PSA

Go to Finance > Agreements to open the Agreement Search screen. From here you can find, filter, and open any agreement in your system.

Tabs on the Agreements screen

The screen is organized into tabs. Select a tab to filter the agreement list by that category.

• All Agreements — shows every agreement regardless of status or type.
• Active — agreements currently in effect.
• Inactive — agreements that have been deactivated.
• Cancelled — agreements cancelled before their end date.
• Expired — agreements past their end date without renewal.

Note: ConnectWise does not combine expired and cancelled agreements into a single view. If you are looking for a lapsed agreement and cannot find it, check both tabs.

Search and filter

Use the search bar at the top of the list to filter by agreement name, company name, or agreement number. Combine the search bar with a tab selection to narrow results further — for example, switch to Inactive before searching if you know the agreement is no longer active.

Select any agreement in the list to open its detail screen, where you can review terms, billing setup, and associated line items.
