Agreements Tab (on an Agreement)
The Agreements tab on an individual agreement — not the Agreement Search screen — lists other agreements for the same company so you can bundle them together. Bundled agreements share one invoice even though they track separate service lines, limits, and billing amounts.
Note: This tab appears on an open agreement record. It is different from the Agreements tab in the Agreement Search screen, which lists all agreements across companies.
Agreements tab columns

| Agreement Type | The agreement type. Filter this column to narrow the list. |

| Date End | The agreement end date. |
| Status | The agreement status: All, Active, Inactive, Cancelled, or Expired. |

Agreement bundling
Bundling lets you track separate agreements for different service lines while sending a single invoice to the customer.
Requirements before bundling:
- All agreements must share the same billing cycle.
- All agreements must share the same tax code (taxable vs. non-taxable and tax code ID).
- The parent agreement’s expiration date cannot be earlier than any child agreement’s expiration date.
- You can bundle agreements for a single company only — not across multiple companies.
- You cannot attach a child agreement to another child agreement.
Bundle agreements
- Go to Finance > Agreements and open the agreement you want to use as the parent.
- Select the Agreements tab.
- In the Attach column, select the checkbox next to each agreement you want to bundle as a child.
Note: If any selected agreements have mismatched tax codes or billing cycles, ConnectWise will display an error and skip those agreements — the rest will bundle normally.
Note: Once an agreement is inactive (cancelled, expired, or otherwise), you cannot attach child agreements to it. ConnectWise will return the error “You cannot attach to your agreement because it is inactive.”
Note: Once a child agreement has been invoiced through a parent agreement, you cannot detach it. ConnectWise will return the error “Cannot detach an agreement already invoiced through the parent agreement.”
How the list view filters affect visibility
By default, the Agreement Search screen and the Company Agreement tab show only parent agreements. To see all agreements — including children — customize the list view and set the Level filter to All.
