Agreement Service Tab
The Service tab on an agreement lists every service ticket associated with it. Select the Ticket# or Summary link to open a ticket directly.
From this tab you can:
- View details about any associated service ticket
- Toggle between open and closed tickets
- Search across all tickets tied to the agreement
Restrict by location or department
You can limit an agreement so it only covers work done for a specific location or department.
- Open the agreement and go to the Service tab.
- Select the Restrict checkbox next to Location, Department, or both.
Defaults for these fields are set on the Agreement Type. If you need to adjust them globally, update the relevant Agreement Type record.
Note: When you move a service ticket to a different board, ConnectWise displays a confirmation dialog asking whether to remove the agreement from that ticket. This lets you verify whether the work is actually covered before the ticket moves.
