Agreement Sites Tab
The Sites tab on an agreement controls which company locations that agreement covers. The default behavior is broader than most people expect: an empty tab means the agreement covers all sites.
How site coverage works
- Empty Sites tab — the agreement covers time for all of the company’s sites automatically. You don’t need to add anything.
- One or more sites listed — the agreement covers only those specific sites. Any site not listed is excluded.
Note: The moment you add any site to the Sites tab — even just one — coverage switches from “all sites” to “listed sites only.” If you also add a site from a different company, you must add every site from the original company explicitly as well.
Adding sites from another company
You can include sites from a different company under a single agreement — for example, when an agreement covers both a client and their parent company. Select the alternate company in the Company field, then choose the applicable site.
Field descriptions
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Company | Defaults to the company the agreement belongs to. Change it to cover sites from a different company. |
| Site | The specific site to include. Selecting a site pre-fills the address fields below. Sites are defined on the Company Sites tab. |
Entitlement process note
If you use the Entitlement Process for configurations, the site attached to a configuration must appear on the agreement’s Sites tab for it to be selectable on a service ticket.
