Agreement Ticket Templates Tab
The Ticket Templates tab on an agreement lists all ticket templates associated with that agreement. Templates themselves are defined in Setup Tables > Ticket Templates.
Create a new ticket template from scratch
- In the Ticket Templates tab, select New on the toolbar.
- In the Template Name field, enter a name.
- In the Summary field, enter a summary.
- Complete any remaining fields.
- Select Save.
- Configure the template using the additional tabs as needed.
- Select Save and Close.
Note: For the template to appear in the Ticket Templates tab, select the current agreement from the agreement drop-down inside the template.
Create a template based on an existing ticket template
- In the Ticket Templates tab, select New on the toolbar.
- Use the picker to select a Template Name from the list. The Create Ticket Template dialog opens.
- Select Copy (and enter a name for the copy) or Reference, then select Create Template.
- Complete the remaining fields.
- Select Save. Additional tabs appear.
- Complete the fields in the additional tabs.
- Select Save and Close.
