Company Finance Tracks Tab

The Tracks tab on a company’s finance record lists all tracks currently assigned to that company. Tracks automate activity creation and email delivery on a schedule — useful for billing follow-up sequences and onboarding workflows.

What tracks do

Each track is a series of steps that fire automatically over time. Steps can create activities (tasks assigned to a team member) or send emails. Once a track is started on a company, ConnectWise works through the steps without manual intervention.

Tracks are defined in Setup Tables > Tracks. Changes to a track definition affect all companies currently running that track.

The fields on this tab are identical to those on the Company Tracks tab. See the Company Tracks Tab documentation for field descriptions.

Note: To add or remove tracks from a company, use the company’s main Tracks tab rather than the finance record. The finance version is read-only in most configurations.
