Gross Profit Detail Screen

The Gross Profit Detail screen breaks down your gross margin (Total Invoiced minus Total Cost) month by month for a single revenue category. Access it from the Financial Dashboard by selecting any underlined amount in the Gross Margin column.

Filter and navigate

At the top of the screen, use the Category dropdown to switch between views:

• Services
• Projects
• Agreements
• Charge Codes
• Internal

Select Go to apply the filter. The table refreshes to show monthly data for the selected category.

Column reference

Column	What it shows
Month	Calendar month for the row
Total Invoiced	Revenue invoiced during that month
Total Cost	Costs recorded against that invoiced work
Gross Profit	Total Invoiced minus Total Cost
Gross Margin %	Gross Profit as a percentage of Total Invoiced

Select any underlined Total Invoiced or Total Cost amount to drill into the transactions behind that figure.

Export and print

• Select Export to download the current view as a CSV.
• Select Print to open a print-formatted version of the table.
