Commission Tab in ConnectWise Invoice Search
The Commission tab appears on an invoice only after it reaches a closed status. It shows commission allocations calculated from two sources: the commission percentage in the Sales Commission Setup Table, and any splits defined on the Opportunity Team tab.
Note: Commission amounts don’t recalculate automatically if you change product pricing or update the Sales Commission Setup Table after the fact. Use Recalculate Commissions to refresh the numbers without reopening and re-closing the invoice.
Recalculate commissions
- In the Commission tab toolbar, select Recalculate Commissions.
Adjust a commission
- In the Commission tab, select the commission record you want to adjust.
- In the Adjustment field, enter the adjustment amount.
- In the Adjustment Reason field, enter a reason.
- Select Save.
Note: If commissions are configured to calculate on paid invoices, the Amount column stays empty until the invoice is marked paid.

| Split Percent | The split percentage from the Opportunity Team tab, used when splitting a commission between two members. |
| Amount | The commission amount earned. |
| Adjustment | Any manual adjustment applied to the commission. |
| Adjustment By | Who made the adjustment. |
| Date Adjusted | When the adjustment was made. |
| Adjustment Reason | The reason entered for the adjustment. |
