Invoice Search is the one screen in ConnectWise Manage that shows every invoice — open, closed, and batched — regardless of which agreement, company, or billing cycle produced it. Use it when you need to track down a specific invoice, audit what went through a billing run, or confirm that a payment posted correctly. The search filters let you narrow by company, date range, invoice number, billing method, or GL batch.
Each invoice record surfaces seven tabs: Invoice (header details and totals), Time, Expense, and Product (the line item breakdowns), Routing (approval workflow status), GL Entries (the accounting transactions the invoice produced), and Commission (rep credit allocation). Most day-to-day work lives in the Invoice and line-item tabs; the GL Entries and Routing tabs matter most when something has gone sideways.
