Expense Tab — Invoice Search
The Expense tab lists every expense record attached to an invoice. It only appears on Standard Invoices and Progress Invoices — not on other invoice types.
Column reference
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Member | The member who entered the expense. Select the name to open the expense entry detail. |
| Date | The date the expense was entered. |
| Expense Type | The expense type selected on the entry. |
| Bill | Billing status: B (Billable), NB (Do Not Bill), or NC (No Charge). |
| Expense Amount | The quantity of the expense — days, miles, dollars, etc. The unit depends on the Expense Type configuration. |
| Total Amount | The total dollar amount incurred. |
| Invoice Amount | The amount that will appear on the invoice. |
| Location | The location associated with the expense. |
| Department | The department associated with the expense. |
| Ticket # | The service ticket linked to the expense. |
| SR Status | The status of that service ticket. |
| Tax Code | The tax code from the company or site record. |
| Agreement | The agreement the expense is billed against, if any. |
| Compliant | Whether the expense is within the Expense Max Amount defined on the Expense Type setup table. Non-compliant expenses exceed that cap. |
| Has Attachment(s) | A checkmark if a file is attached to the expense entry. |
