ConnectWise Agreement Tabs Overview
Each agreement in ConnectWise Manage is organized into tabs. Here is what each tab covers:
- Agreement — Core agreement fields: type, billing method, dates, and status.
- Additions — Line items added to the agreement, such as managed devices or recurring services.
- Adjustment — Manual adjustments to agreement billing amounts.
- Agreements — Child agreements nested under the current agreement.
- Work Roles — Work role overrides that apply when billing time against this agreement.
- Work Types — Work type overrides controlling how time entries are categorized and billed.
- Sites — Company sites covered by the agreement.
- Invoice — Invoice settings specific to this agreement, including billing cycle and exclusions.
- Service — Default service board and team assigned to tickets created under this agreement.
- Time — Time entry defaults and restrictions for the agreement.
- Expense — Expense billing rules for this agreement.
- Product — Product billing settings tied to the agreement.
- Configuration — Configuration items (devices/assets) associated with the agreement.
- Activities — Activity records linked to the agreement.
- Attachments — Files and documents attached to the agreement.
- Ticket Templates — Recurring ticket templates that fire automatically under this agreement.
